llumination Guidance has been a valuable resource for our animal care team who has suffered a year of animal losses. Sara is professional and discreet. Many of our keepers have sought her out to help them grieve. Sara also helped us coordinate with our veterinary staff on how to discuss needs for euthanasia for staff and animals. Illumination Guidance provides the benefit of a professional with an animal care background who understands the personal loss of zoo animals. I cannot recommend her services enough. Leaders who are looking to support their teams should absolutely use this service."

- Maggie, Zoo Curator

I didn’t realize how much I needed Sara and her services until I talked to her one-on-one. She helped me to open the doors that I had locked so I can work through my emotions and anxiety in a healthy, safe way with her guidance. Because of her help, I was able to move forward with the doors wide open to new opportunities and possibilities. Sara has taught me so much about myself and what I am able to overcome."

- Jessica, Zookeeper
